PhD thesis writing help in Hyderabad
Chapter help for Hyderabad PhD scholars, shaped by their university’s rules.
Yes. We are working with PhD scholars in Hyderabad on their thesis chapters, outline to final draft, remotely from Nagercoil by video call and WhatsApp.
There is no office of ours in Hyderabad, and nobody sits in Ameerpet or Tarnaka for you to meet. For thesis work this is not a big problem, because the chapters are in your Word file and we see them together on a shared screen.
How we work on each chapter is explained on our main PhD thesis writing page. The universities, their font rules and similarity limits are on the Hyderabad overview. Most Hyderabad scholars ask us about time, how many years they really have and what eats into them. The rules at Osmania, JNTUH, UoH and MANUU answer much of that.
Osmania gives six years in total, so apply for extension early
As per the 2026-2027 Osmania rules, the outer limit is six years counted from joining, extensions included (4.1), and after that the registration lapses on its own.
For extension you have to look at clause 24. You must apply at least two months before your present period ends, and each extension is for one year only. In total a full-time scholar gets maximum two years of extension. For part-time scholars it is one year only. A few part-timers keep extra time in mind for the last year. As per the rules that hope is small only, so sit with your guide early and fix the dates.
Teaching duty also takes away time. Clause 20.6 says every scholar gets training in teaching, pedagogy and writing, and may be given tutorial or lab work of four to six hours every week. That is almost one full writing day every week. In an Osmania chapter plan we keep those hours aside from the beginning itself.
Osmania part-time scholars, the NOC and the first six months
Clauses 15.2 to 15.4 explain who is eligible for the part-time mode. Your organisation’s work should relate to your subject, and you should be able to get leave. Please go through clause 15.4 line by line, because in that clause the NOC has to come from the government department, State or Central, where you are employed. It must be signed by the “competent authority” of that department and attached with your entrance application.
The same NOC should also confirm that you can stay on campus for the six months of compulsory coursework, with leave sanctioned. Hostel is not given to part-time scholars. A teacher from a government college outside Hyderabad pays rent and travel for six months, and still no chapter is written.
So the writing plan for part-timers looks different. Very few of them draft much in the coursework semester, but they can collect the reading for the Research Design Seminar, which comes soon after. If you work in a private company, the clause do not say anything about your case. Write to Dean’s office and keep their written reply with you before relying on a company letter.
JNTUH review meetings every six months, and then the colloquium
The JNTUH 2021-22 regulations keep one Research Review Meeting every six months. Take each of these meetings as the deadline for one chapter. If a draft chapter goes to every meeting, the thesis is mostly ready by the colloquium. Scholars who bring only slides have very little written text when the colloquium comes near.
Category 5 is for external scholars, and here your employer must sanction minimum six months of leave. This leave can be taken in not more than two parts, and it is meant for the coursework and for putting the thesis together. If you are working in HITEC City, save the second part for the final compilation, when you need full days at a stretch and evenings after office will not do.
When you apply for the colloquium, the DRC conducts it within four weeks. The final layout of the thesis follows the write-up guide, even the two blank sheets at the beginning and end of the bound copy. We put your chapters in that layout from the first draft itself, so there is no reformatting work in the last weeks.
UoH and MANUU, the synopsis, the seminar and the 90-day limit
For the University of Hyderabad, the academic ordinances say you notify the Dean through your supervisor and submit four copies of the synopsis. After that the Doctoral Committee has to be satisfied with the work, and an open seminar may be part of this. Some scholars write the synopsis at the end like a quick summary. At UoH the committee checks it first, so your main argument should come out clearly in it.
At MANUU, the 2023 regulations give 90 days from the pre-submission seminar, and within those 90 days the thesis has to be submitted. Part-time scholars at MANUU also take leave of at least one year, in two halves. From time to time they have to show proof of their field work or lab work. Keep this proof dated. Later it also shows how each chapter developed.
How it works from Hyderabad
Send us a message with your university, year of joining, mode (full-time, part-time or external) and when your next review or seminar is due. With these informations we can work out how many months are really left.
Then send whatever chapters you have, rough drafts also are fine. We call you, fix a chapter plan, and give the scope, dates and fee in writing. You write the drafts. We restructure, edit and comment in tracked changes, and you accept or reject each one. Before each review or seminar we go through the likely questions with you on a call.
If you are an Osmania part-timer, we keep the six months of campus coursework inside the plan as well, because not much drafting is possible in that time.

Questions from Hyderabad scholars
My Osmania registration ends in three months. Can I still get an extension?
It may be possible, but don’t wait. Clause 24 wants the request at least two months before the registration ends, and one extension is for one year at most. Speak to your supervisor this week itself.
I work for a private pharma company. Is Osmania’s part-time route open to me?
Clause 15.4 asks for an NOC from a State or Central government department. It says nothing about private employers. Please ask the Dean’s office and get their reply in writing. JNTUH’s external route was written keeping industry staff in mind.
How much of the thesis should I show at a JNTUH review meeting?
Show as much finished text as you have. When there is a draft chapter at every six-monthly meeting, the committee has real pages to comment on, and the colloquium does not turn into a last-minute rush.
Do you write the chapters?
No, the chapters are written by you. We help with the structure and do the editing. Since the writing is yours, you can answer for each line in the seminars and in the viva-voce.
Can I write my University of Hyderabad thesis in Telugu?
Only if your subject is connected to that language. As per the academic ordinances, English is the normal medium. A subject related to another language can be written in that language, so a Telugu or Hindi department may accept a thesis in Telugu or Hindi. Our own chapter work is in English only.
