Thesis Writing Service

Privacy policy

The data this site records, who receives it, and how to get it removed.

This policy explains what Thesis Writing Service collects when you use this website, where it is stored, who else receives it and how you can have it deleted. It describes what the website’s code actually does, as of October 2026.

The short version is this. We collect what you type into the enquiry form or the chat, along with a few technical details such as your IP address. We use it to contact you about your enquiry. The chat and the AI tools send your text to OpenAI. Enquiries and chats are also copied to the enquiry system of Saaira Technologies, the company that runs this site. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Saaira Technologies, No. 16 A/2, Mead Street, WCC Road, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Saaira Technologies. We decide why and how your personal data is used, so we are the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The duties in that Act come into force in stages under the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

You can write to us about anything in this policy at info@saairatechnologies.com, or call +91 99441 03829.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form asks for your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your city, the kind of help you need and, if you wish, a short message. It also asks you to tick a box agreeing that we may call or message you about the enquiry. The form does not ask for your email address.

When you send the form, the website also records:

  • the date and time
  • the page you sent it from, and which form on that page
  • the first page of your visit, including any campaign tags in its address (such as utm_source or gclid)
  • the website that sent you to us, if your browser reports one
  • your IP address and your browser’s description of itself (the “user agent”).

All of this is saved in a file on our web server. We use it to call or message you back, and to learn which pages lead people to contact us.

The chat assistant

The chat window on this site is run by Dr. Maaya, an automated assistant. Dr. Maaya is not a person. Each message you type is sent to OpenAI so that its model can write a reply. The earlier messages in the same conversation go with it, along with the address of the page where you opened the chat. OpenAI’s own terms and privacy policy govern how it handles that text.

We save the whole conversation on our web server. With it we save the date and time, the page, the first page of your visit, the referring website, the browser’s user agent and your IP address. If you type a phone number or an email address, the website picks it out and stores it with the conversation. To find your name, recent messages are sent to OpenAI once more with a request to pick out the name you gave.

Please do not type passwords, payment details, health information or anything else you would not want stored. The chat gives at most 15 automated replies in one conversation. We also count replies per IP address each day, so that one visitor cannot run up the cost.

Copies sent to Saaira Technologies’ admin system

Saaira Technologies runs more than one website. Its team follows up enquiries from all of them in one admin system, hosted at webglits.com. For this reason, each enquiry and each chat conversation from this site is copied to that system. The copy of an enquiry holds your name, phone number, city, message and the help you asked for. It also holds your IP address, the first page of your visit and the referring website. The copy of a chat holds the full conversation and the details listed in the section above.

The copies are sent over a connection signed with a secret key. They carry this website’s page addresses, so the team can see which site you came from. Only Saaira Technologies staff can read them.

The AI-assisted tools

Five free tools on this site use AI to give feedback. They are the viva question predictor, the research title helper, the reviewer comment explainer, the research question sharpener and the abstract feedback tool. These tools pass the text you paste to OpenAI. OpenAI then returns the feedback.

We keep the answer for a short time so that the same text does not cost a second request. The stored answer is encrypted, and the key is worked out from your own text. Without that exact text, the stored file cannot be read. The file name is made with a different, one-way code. Stored answers are deleted after the following day. We also count how many checks each IP address uses per day, because each tool has a daily limit.

The other tools on this site do their work inside your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.

Click and tool records

When you tap a Call, WhatsApp or email link, open the chat, or open or send an enquiry form, the website records that event. The record holds the kind of click, where on the page it was, the page and the time. It also holds the first page of your visit, the referring website, the browser’s user agent and your IP address.

When you use one of the tools, a similar record notes the tool’s name and what you did. That means you used it, copied a result, downloaded a file or met an error. It does not include what you typed.

We use these records to see which pages and buttons people use. They stay on our web server and are not copied to the admin system described above. Short lists of IP addresses are also kept for up to an hour to stop automated misuse.

What is stored in your browser

This website sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie it uses is a login cookie for our own staff on the admin pages.

Some features keep small notes in your browser’s own storage. These notes stay on your device and are not sent to us.

  • In sessionStorage, which is cleared when you close the tab, the key tws_landing holds the first page of your visit.
  • The key tws_ref holds the website that sent you here. Both go with an enquiry or chat only if you choose to send one.
  • The keys tws_chat_sid, tws_chat_hist and tws_chat_auto hold the chat’s conversation number, a copy of the conversation, and whether the chat has already opened by itself.
  • In localStorage, which is kept until you clear it, the key tws_saved holds the pages you save.
  • The key tws_hl holds your highlights and notes, and tws_pos holds where you stopped reading.
  • The key tws_prefs holds your text size and theme. The key tws_checklists holds the ticks in the PhD checklists tool.

You can delete saved pages, highlights and reading places with the button on the Saved page. You can delete everything through your browser’s settings for this site.

Other services the site connects to

The fonts are served from our own server. At present the site uses no analytics service and no advertising scripts. If we add one, we will update this policy first.

Some features connect to outside services, and only when you use them:

  • The tools that download Word or Excel files load a code library from cdn.jsdelivr.net. That service receives your IP address, as any website does.
  • The citation generator looks up a DOI by passing it to Crossref (api.crossref.org).
  • The translate links on guides open the page through Google Translate. Google then receives the page address and your request. No Google script runs on our own pages.
  • The share links open WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, Telegram or your email program.
  • If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation also runs under WhatsApp’s own terms.

Our hosting provider stores the website and its files. The web server may also keep standard access logs, which show IP addresses, pages requested and times.

Drafts, data and other files you send us

If you go ahead with work, you may send us chapters, data files, similarity reports or committee comments by WhatsApp or email. We use these files only for your work. We do not publish them, share them outside our team, or use them for anyone else. You may ask us to delete them when the work is finished.

How we use your data and who receives it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a written scope and quote, and to do the work you agree to. We also use it to see which pages are useful and to protect the site from misuse. We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Your data is shared only with the following. OpenAI receives chat and AI tool text. The Saaira Technologies admin system receives enquiries and chats. Our hosting provider stores the site. A public authority receives data only when a law obliges us to give it.

Keeping data, deleting it, and your rights

We keep enquiries and chats for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep proper business records. After that we delete them. Earlier copies of each data file are kept as backups, at most ten per file, and older copies are overwritten as new ones are made. AI tool answers are deleted after the following day.

You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also withdraw your consent to be contacted. Write to info@saairatechnologies.com or use the contact page. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, the Data Protection Board of India can hear your complaint.

This site is meant for adult scholars. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Security and changes to this policy

The folder that holds enquiries and chats cannot be opened from the web. On the live site, all pages are served over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, so please share only what is needed.

When this policy changes, we will update this page and the date given here. This version, dated 20 October 2026, describes the website as it is on that date.
