Thesis Writing Service

Terms of service

Scope, payment, revisions, refunds and the conditions of our help.

You accept these terms when you use this website or ask us to work with you. Thesis Writing Service is run by Saaira Technologies, No. 16 A/2, Mead Street, WCC Road, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Saaira Technologies, and “you” means the scholar or other person who uses the site or asks for our help.

Please read them before you agree to a written scope. If a written scope for your project says something different from these terms, the written scope applies to that project.

What we provide

We provide research and writing support. That includes guidance on structure and chapters, drafting support, editing, data analysis, formatting, similarity checks, publication preparation and viva practice. The work is done with you, and you remain the author of your thesis, dissertation or paper.

We work remotely from Nagercoil, by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call. We do not have offices in other cities, and we do not offer in-person meetings.

Academic integrity is a condition of our help

You agree to use our help in a way your university, your supervisor and any journal would allow. We do not sell ready-made theses. We do not create, change or invent data. We do not sit examinations or vivas for anyone. We do not write work for you to submit as your own without your own part in it.

If we are asked to do any of these things, we may decline the request or stop the work. Our academic integrity page explains these limits in more detail and forms part of these terms.

The written scope and quote

Before any paid work starts, we send you a written scope. It states the work we will do, the work you will do, the files we need from you, the stages, the expected dates, the number of revision rounds, and the fee for each stage. Work starts only after you accept the written scope in writing. A WhatsApp message or an email is enough.

Any work outside the written scope needs a new or changed scope. We will tell you before we do such work, and we will not charge for it unless you agree.

Payment

Fees are paid in stages, as set out in the written scope. Each stage is usually paid before that stage starts. We do not publish a price list, because the work differs from one project to the next. The way we work out a fee is explained on our how we work page.

We will give you a receipt for every payment. We never ask for payment through the chat on this website.

Dates and delays

The dates in a written scope are our honest estimate. They depend on receiving your files, answers and approvals when they are needed. If these arrive late, the dates move by at least the same amount of time. If we expect to miss a date for our own reasons, we will tell you as early as we can.

We cannot control the dates of your university, your committee, a journal or an examiner.

Revisions, cancellation and refunds

Each written scope states how many rounds of revision are included. Changes asked for by your supervisor or committee that fall within the agreed work are covered by those rounds. A change of topic, objectives, data or university format after work has begun is new work.

You may stop the work at any time by telling us in writing. You pay for the stages that are finished, and for the part of the current stage already done. If you paid in advance for a stage we have not started, that amount is refunded. The written scope for your project may set out the refund terms in more detail.

What we do not promise

We do not promise any result that depends on another person or body. That includes the approval of a synopsis, a pass at a review meeting or viva, a particular similarity percentage on your university’s software, or acceptance by a journal. These decisions belong to your university, your examiners and the journal’s editors.

Confidentiality and ownership

We keep your drafts, data and personal details confidential. We use them only for your work, and we do not publish them or share them outside our team. Our privacy policy explains how the website handles personal data.

Your thesis, your data and your ideas belong to you. The edits, notes, tables and files we prepare for your project are yours to use in that project.

The guides and free tools on this site

The guides and free tools on this website are general information. University rules change, so always check your own university’s current regulations and notifications. The AI-assisted tools can be wrong. Treat their answers as suggestions to think about, not as advice to follow without checking.

You may not copy the content of this website for publication elsewhere, or use automated means to collect it in bulk.

Limit of liability

We do our work with care and skill. We are not liable for decisions made by universities, examiners, committees or journals, or for losses that follow from them. Our total liability for a project will not be more than the total fees paid to us for it.

Governing law and changes to these terms

Indian law governs these terms. The courts at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, will hear any dispute. If a problem arises, please write to us first at info@saairatechnologies.com, so that we can try to settle it without a court.

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you accepted your written scope apply to that project. This version is dated October 2026.
